Jonathan & Nicki's Buffalo, NY Wedding Photos

Every wedding is different. I think that’s one of the things I like most about being a wedding photographer. Things are always changing and moving throughout the day. With Jon and Nicki it was no different.

One of the more different (and fun) things was the obvious height difference between Jon and Nicki. This was no surprise to them, so we talked about how we would approach it on the wedding day. Jon has always played basketball and football, (including playing at University of Buffalo) so a basketball was the perfect object to incorporate into their photo shoot. They were really happy with it and so was I. I especially love the photo with the rings on it!

I love shooting weddings. I love seeing two people in love making life long commitments and being the one that gets to preserve their unique moments. Jon and I are cousins, so we have known each other since birth. (Technically we’re third cousins, but when you’re Italian, it doesn’t matter how removed you are. A cousin is a cousin!) This connection made the day extra special for me. Thanks, Jon and Nicki, for making me a part of your incredible day!
