New Year's Eve Ellicott Square Wedding Photos - Buffalo Wedding Photography
I know it’s been awhile since my last blog, but today I’m excited to share these New Year’s Eve Ellicott Square Wedding Photos! You might remember Sean & Mindy from their engagement photos at Knox Farms back in the Fall. They were some of the best sunset photos from last season!
Sean & Mindy chose to celebrate their day on New Year’s Eve 2015 and I was happy to be a part of it! We started off with a few shots of Mindy getting ready at their house. With the ceremony quickly approaching, we headed over to St. John’s Lutheran Church in Orchard Park. We took a great photo of them in the hallway of the church before the wedding started. You’ll have to scroll down to see it. ;) After the ceremony, we made a few stops for photos around Buffalo including the Ellicott Square Building and Canalside. Both places gave us some really diverse but beautiful photos. Once we were done there, it was time for the reception over at the Hamlin House in downtown Buffalo.
Toasts, cake cutting, dinner, first dance and then it was time for the party! After a few hours on the dance floor came the traditional New Year’s Eve countdown led by DJ Saxman Slim. After ringing in the New Year, we headed outside for a quick photo in the snow. I was looking for snow all day to get a shot with the bride and groom. I’m so glad we finally got it!
It was an amazing way to bring in 2016…thanks so much for having me, Sean & Mindy! I wish you both all the best!
Let’s start off with a few from their engagement session…
