Nick & Brianna's Canalside Wedding Photos
With this recent weather, it seems Summer is definitely here! Last Friday I got to work with a great couple I met on a bitter cold day back January. I did their engagement photos in the snow, so I was glad their wedding day was so warm and sunny!
We started out at Bri’s sister, Kerenza’s, house (see her family pics here). We then headed over to The Chapel at Crosspoint for their ceremony. If you’ve been to The Chapel, you know it’s a huge place, but they’ve got a nice little room for weddings. After a short ceremony, we headed downtown. We kicked things off at Canalside on the cobblestones which is a great location for photos. It’s so amazing that we have all of these beautiful new places to shoot in Buffalo! We moved around a bit, but before we left decided to get a shot with the Power Yoga class that was about to get started. The instructor had the entire class pose with us. (Thanks again for that!) It was great! Our last stop was the rocks at the end of the Erie Basin Marina. I’ve shot here before and it’s one of my favorite spots, but this time I tried some new angles. They turned out great!
We wrapped up the photo session with another favorite spot – Pearl Street Grill. This was a really fun group and they really showed it once we got to the dance floor and opened up the Photo Booth! It was a great day and a crazy night. Thanks again for having me! I wish you both all the best!
