Isaac & Liz's Brooklyn Bridge Park Photos

Here is #2 of the 5 posts I’ll be putting up from my recent trip to NYC. I met Isaac several years ago when I shot his brother EJ’s wedding. I ran into him again this past spring when I was shooting his other brother Abdias’s wedding. We were talking a bit and he mentioned that he and his girlfriend Liz were interested in doing some photos. As the conversation continued he told me that Liz lived in New York City. Since I was already planning a trip to NYC, it seemed like this would work out perfect.

We met up at the Brooklyn Bridge Park. It’s a great spot that sits just below the iconic bridge and has a great view of lower Manhattan across the East River. After walking around a bit and finding some great locations, we stopped for a wardrobe change. After some shots under the nearby Manhattan bridge and on a brick road, we headed up to the Brooklyn Bridge. Shooting up there definitely had it’s challenges. By that point, the sun was high and it was getting pretty warm. Waiting for people to walk out of the shot was also near impossible (and sometimes was).

All in all it was a great shoot! I had a great time working with these two. I can’t wait to see what’s next for them! Thanks for having me!
